By using Deft, you agree to these terms. Deft is operated by Tiny's Apps LLC, an Alabama series limited liability company.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Deft. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Subscriptions

Deft offers a 7-day free trial, then $9.99/month or $89.99/year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

What Deft is not

Deft is a personal budgeting tool. It is not a bank, broker, lender, or financial advisor. We don't move money, hold money, or recommend investments. Numbers shown in the app are based on what you enter and are for your own planning purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, attempt to bypass payment, abuse the API, or use Deft to harass anyone in a shared household. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Deft is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny's Apps LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a refreshed "last updated" date.
